Hello everyone. I've just registered to this site and am finding a lot of interest and discussion regarding finding an alternative to the family court system here in Australia. My ex has recieved 83% of my property and I have to pay her 37% of my BEFORE tax income in child support. All the while she is getting her ring gear hammered without mercy each night by a bikie named Lenny. Can anyone help me? If not I've had enough of life. What's the point ?

Hi Ian pretty sad to hear about your story. I am also new to the forum and i am from Carry, IL usa. Never been to australia and knows nothing about there laws. May be someone can get to you on this.

You will need to make oath to serve in our new courts on our new juries.

There are over 400 cases in front of you.

Help those in front of you? Then you can expect some help.

Refuse to help those in front of you? Then we will turn you away.

It is that simple.

I have worked on this 4 years for 3,500 hours at a personal cost of more than $A500,000.

Yet only ONE MAN is helping me on a regular basis...that being John Rambo.

I have been asking for FOUR YEARS for men in Australia to help me. Some will do some small things but none of them will pull their finger out and match my efforts. They are working on things that do not help mostly.

We now have about 110 men already willing to sit on these juries in Australia. It has taken me three years to find those 100 men.

You have found the men who can help you. But we have a big queue. You are hardly the first to be victimised.

Indeed the only reason you have been victimimised is your fellow Australian fathers, like mine, are such gutless faggot cowards that they will not deal with criminal women.

I have been suicidal and I do not recommend it. Do NOT kill yourself. You are more valuable to the children of Australia alive.

And by the way Ian. I am proof positive that you can come out the other side ok. I have counselled a number of suicidal guys in Australia.

Also by the way. You don't have to pay child support or spousal support. I have proven this.

all you have to do is join CAF/MBA.

Remember. Joining CAF means you have taken OATH you will serve on our new juries in our new courts. Do not join CAF if you do not make that oath to yourself.

You are then well advised to read the two books I have written.

We can not help you in the immediate future as there are so many men in front of you.

The most we can do is stop your alimony and CS payments. That is quite trivial to do. I have no idea why no other men wish to do this in Australia.

When you join CAF I will add you to my personal list.

We do run a service to perform strawman recapture....we also provide all paperwork needed to do it for free for men who want to do it for themselves.

The only thing we are asking to be paid for is where a man wants someone else to do HIS work for him...just like a plumber, electrician or motor mechanic. Sadly we are criticised for even that. No one expects a plumber to fix his plumbing for free. No one expects a lawyer to work for free. But for some reason after I have already invested USD500,000 of my own money and 3,500 of my own time I am criticised for wanting to be paid for the use of my time now.

Just so you know. Ash Patil at fathers for equality refuses to tell men about us, Sue Pearce at Mens Rights Australia refuses to tell men about us, Family Law Web Guide actively suppresses information we are putting on there and tells lies about us.

Most "fathers rights" and "emerging political parties like the Australian Sovereignty Party" and the "Australian Patriots Association" also allow lies about me to stand and also actively oppose our claim that women are to be held equal before the law. This is all covered in the book in the link below.

You are very well advised to read the book Living Free in the Femnazi World before The Truth Be Told.

All I am asking of men is to talk to their fellow abused fathers and get them to join CAF/MBA.

But men will not do even that for me.

You are getting screwed over because your fellow fathers betrayed you and did not assist me when they were professionally and politely asked. It has taken me THREE YEARS to find 110 men willing to sit on these new juries. I am still looking for our new secretary for the courts in Sydney. Thats a total disgrace against fathers in Australia.
