I think this the worst type of scam ... you need to travel & purchase flight tickets online, only to find out u didn't get your e-tickets because the price changed .. what they do is book your incoming flight & ... a few days before your outgoing flight send u an email saying your bank rejected payment that's why your outgoing flight hasn't been booked etc. ... so in a panic u will buy the flight u though was already booked, at a more expensive price.

As well your credit card is charged service fees for both transactions via their site.

The worst is they have no shame, just llok at al the complaints stacked up on their FB wall

Renata,

It's a shame that people still do that! The only way to stop such companies is through social backlash, running them out of town. And of course, multiple complaint sites. Also, get those complaint sites to the top of search engine pages, so when someone searches for a site, those pages will be the first thing they see! :D

(By the way, if that's you in your avatar pic, you look very beautiful! Umm.... just saying... ^_^)

Thanks CJ & Jester, .. I went fishing in the gulf of paria.

Edreams, I'll resend those emails again, like everyone else keeps doing. LOL
what exactly do you have to say for all these complaints on your fb page https://www.facebook.com/eDreams.EN?sk=wall ... you are so nonchalant about it.
