Holy smokes, check out this computer voice generator. You can type in any words or phrases you want then pick what language you want to hear it in (like english, french, german, spanish, etc.) Then choose the voice you want it in (male or female and many versions to choose from) you can also add effects like echos, or speed or pitch.
