My Plan to Reduce The World's Population

And we start with yick. Just joking. On a serious note the Earth can only comfortably support so many people living on it and consuming its resources. The number that has been given to me is 2B. That's about ¼ of the Earth's current population. We need to reduce it, but how do we do it? I don't want to kill anyone off. We do it through attrition and sterilization.
We start with the World's biggest offenders - India and China. China should not have a one child policy. They have have a NO child policy. Only the elite would be allowed to have children. We wouldn't force anyone to be sterilized however. We would offer, and the magic number is US$1000 to each family who has their child irreversibly sterilized (male or female) once they reach puberty and I am sure they would jump at the money in those impoverished countries. We would have to do this through the United Nations.
Also there would be no life-saving procedures offered in hospitals. So if you're in a car accident and it was serious enough you would not be offered treatment that could save your life. If you just broke your leg or something, of course treatment would be offered so you could live comfortably.
At the age of 75 everybody would be offered a "suicide pill". This would not be mandatory but an option a person of age could take if they can no longer care for themselves.
Bill Gates wanted to do it through the vaccines. That's forced sterilization. I don't want to do that. It would be voluntary with financial compensation. I am sure if you gave young men in some countries a thousand US$ they would jump at the chance to be permanently sterilized. Men and women would still be able to enjoy sex and all the pleasure it brings.
Of course my plan would take a couple of generations to be fulfilled but we've got to do something otherwise we are not going to have a planet to live on.
Some people have pride in having children and grandchildren. We need to forget about that for the sake of saving the Earth.
We also need to clean up the Earth. Clean up all the plastic waste in our oceans and properly treat sewage and waste in a responsible manner.

Many speculate that Jesus is going to return in 2028. He is going to clean up this mess. You don't need to worry about anything

Bill Gates wants to reduce world population through vaccines. That would be forced sterilization. I am more for voluntary sterilization with financial compensation

Someone asked me, Would you take that suicide pill at 75? My answer is I honestly don't know. It depends on my quality of life. I might take it at 80 or 90. No one should be forced to live in agony. I have seen that in the elderly

Of course my little plan would be met with protests from human rights groups. We have the right to have children!

Some say, What do you care? You're going to be dead in x number of years.
Well if reincarnation is true I don't want to be born into an overpopulated planet.
Also if we get to a population of say 60B there's going to be mass starvation and mass suffering. Mass disease. There's no way the planet is going to be able to accommodate all those people. I am being pragmatic and thinking in practical terms

Billy Boy really let the cat out of the bag. A normal person, unfamiliar with what these psychopath oligarchs are up to, might wonder how "vaccines" and "health care" are supposed to help reduce the population.

Would you agree with the idea that Malthusians like yourself get spayed and neutered?

Under my plan I would qualify for the US$1000 payment if I was sterilized. There is no age restriction

@gsjackson I think Bill Gates has the right idea just the wrong methods. I want to sterilize people not through the vaccines but on a voluntary basis with financial compensation

How about if they just castrate the men trying to sterilize people like that? It might decrease their drive to do so.

You're not listening. Sterilization under my plan would be OPTIONAL not mandatory

You see Bill Gates wants to reduce world population to reduce carbon emissions. That's not my goal. I just want to make sure that world population doesn't get out of control. Can you imagine a world population of 60B? 100B?
As I said before the Earth can comfortably accommodate about 2B
