I noticed that they are trying to bring me down in subtle passive aggressive ways I think that the whole city of Edmonton is in on it.

Where would you go? You have nowhere to go. The grass is always greener somewhere else but you would just experience the same problems because of your psychological condition

There's Enoch Indian Reservation on the west side of town maybe you can seek refuge with them. They even have a casino..
