I'm going to say Don Rickles. After that Rodney Dangerfield.
The funniest means he makes you laugh and puts a smile on your face.

That guy is a dead ringer for John Lennon but I couldn't understand the guy due to his thick accent.

fair enough, you would probably have to be from around Manchester to find him funny to be fair.
