TIME is CIRCULAR both of HUMANS and of NATIONS

Hey guys,
This is a big insight that I have gotten in recent years. It has taken me a lot of deep thinking to arrive to this conclusion. What I mean is that most people assume that history or time is a linear progression. One movement leads to another or one movement is an answer to another movement. However, I have come to realize that this is not the case.
Instead what happens is that there has been times with "greater freedom" and times of "lower freedom" both of peoples and nations. For instance, people like Social Justice Warriors believe that the current state of American society is the "best." However, a keen observer of history realizes that this is not the case. That in fact, many of the "liberties" that people had in the 70s are no longer around. For instance. something like sexy girls on magazines they are nowadays that type of content would be considered "misogynistic."
Getting on more serious examples. I was reading the history of fascism in Europe. And most fascists also realized that they had plans for their nation in the 1910s but they were "interrupted" by them losing the war. And later in the 1930s they were able to "take control" back.
Likewise, I was studying bands and I also see a somewhat similar pattern. You'll have a period of time where the band released top quality content. Then they "lose their magic" for instance some key members leave. And the band can only release low quality material. Then a eventually they all back together and start releasing high quality material in short period of time. The best example of this is Guns and Roses.
