There is nowhere in the US to live that's affordable

This type of situation is very common.
No affordable rents.
Most Americans are now "lucky" to earn $2,000 or $3,000 every month but that's not livable anywhere in the US. At best, it's a paycheck to paycheck budget with no savings.

That sucks.. they can always apply for welfare. Jobs are hard to come by despite saying "Now Hiring". Why work, when you can get welfare?
there are 65 million Americans on Welfare according to Social Security Administration.

Welfare doesn't apply for most people and if people can get it, it keeps them trapped in poverty.
The system is designed purely to benefit the Top 20 % of workers and the rich. It's not designed to allow ordinary people to better themselves.

I understand, but how come 65 million people gets welfare from the U.S government? That's like 1/3 of the entire work force in America which is estimate of 160 million people. There are still ways to better yourself. You can learn a trade or learn IT skills.. I don't know what is your expertise and I don't even know where you are at right now. I know America sucks, but you have to stay focused, save your money and move out abroad.

If an extra 65M people were competing for the few available slots, then there wouldn't be any ways to better yourself.

Well that's how America is.. I don't know what to tell ya! I don't like America either, but I stuck here because of job. I doubt New Zealand is better off either..

Yeah I heard. I don't know that much about New Zealand. One time I had to call New Zealand's moving company because one of the Korean diplomats was going to New Zealand.. and we have to handle his shipments and Oh man.. some middle aged manager picked up and she sounded like a shrieking sheep or f*cking a sheep or something. My ears were in pain. It was such a terrible experience. I mean living in NZ must be awful..

It wouldn’t be a problem if women stopped working so much. It should be a cultural expectation that women either work part time or not at all and rely on their husband to be the primary breadwinner instead.

Yep.. I agree. It would have been whole lot better if we have prevented most of the females from working too much. We wouldn't suffer from wage depression, lack of suitable females to date or marry, troubled younger generation, decline of family values and moral values, army of single moms, breakdown of society, degeneration of culture and all the other social problems that came after.
You know at the end of World War 2, all the factory girls and other girls gave back their position back to their men, so they can stay at home.
That have led to prosperity in the 1950's in America on top of the entire industrialized nation demolished, and America as sole winner of WW2.
Now too many women gets in the way of real men who wants to get work done.
