Hugging is a capital felony under Federal law in the United States of America. Enforced by the FBI, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Military, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Marshals, and punishable by 875 years to life in Federal prison and/or the death penalty for all involved, use of deadly force authorized, immediate nationwide military lockdown and Martial law certain.

That is what American schools want to teach our kids and brainwash them to think. And with more and more schools arming teachers with guns, it is but a matter of time before schools say; "We can and will use immediate deadly force without warning on all uncooperative and/or unruly students, no questions asked!"

No wonder the United States is less free than Mexico!

There is no mention of this ever going to court. How is this going to be 'on his record for life.' Is it going to show up on his kindegarten transcript?

If the school did this, the parents could sue for defamation. The school would likely back down.

I was talking to a guy who said he used to run at the part in Hawaii and he'd always have to pee after he started running. If there was no restroom nearby, he might use the bushes. He found out if the cops caught him and cited him, he could be on the sex offender registry with the rapists and child molesters. Hopefully the cops would know better and not do that or cite him for something else.
