Why don't clubs and bars hire illegal female immigrants?

I don't understand this. European clubs hire female illegal immigrants and pay them a lot less. So clubs usually are more full of women than those clubs that don't.

Wouldn't bars and clubs benefit a lot if there were more women working without benefits and not paying taxes to the government?

It's not worth the fines. Also, I doubt that .001% of those illegal women in the USA would be considered attractive in the least. They certainly wouldn't be the cream of the crop girls that really successful nightclubs look for. Most successful clubs make hundreds of thousands on most weekend nights and aren't hurting for money. Female bartenders and Cocktail waitresses aren't paid much for wages, but rely mostly on tips (which they make A LOT of). GoGo Dancers (not prostitutes like in Asia, etc) work for a set rate for around 5 hours usually. They don't just dance anymore, they also sell shots (and get tips). If club owners are to take risks, it's convincing legal female employees to sleep with their millionaire (or billionaire) clients or getting those clients WHATEVER they want (drugs, women, etc.). One good client can outspend the rest of the guys in the club combined. Successful clubs don't want guys that are not willing to shell out serious cash, they'd rather NOT have them in the club. They are considered trash to be removed. If you have been to such clubs, then you will know just how easy it is to get removed from them as a male. At the same time, club hosts work to shuttle attractive female guests into the club to dance and flirt with their chosen wealthy male guests. This doesn't cost the owners anything as the girls came there to party and drink. Wealthy males bring the revenue so that is what the focus is on. The attractive females are there only to attract and keep the wealthy men in that club...that is their sole purpose as far as the club owner is concerned. This systems works very well for them right now....why would they take more risks to change it?

If a club were to charge admission fees to women, only the unattractive women would go out. Hot girls go where they are treated like princesses. In order to get them into the club, clubs give them free admission. Attractive women are THE MOST important thing to have in a nightclub....any nightclub will die without them. Hiring illegal women would cause heavy fines....that risk outweighs all benefit. Clubs are NOT catering to men, they are catering to RICH MEN. They don't care if the poor man gets a woman...they don't even want them in the club. Rich men can afford anything and anyone, so price is no object. Clubs do whatever they can to get THOSE men in the club regularly.

Girls PAY strip clubs to dance in that strip club...not the other way around. Girls come in and pay over $100 usually in order to work and dance in that strip club. That is why strippers are so aggressive. If they don't get customers, they actually will LOSE money. Again, this system works well and strip clubs make bank on the PILES of women wanting to work at the best clubs. The clubs also make $$ from alcohol sales, entry fees, etc.. Strip clubs in the USA are extremely lucrative the way they are...no reason for them to change the current system.
