Dude, it's amazing! Even in China, the women are catty, bitchy, gossipy and backhanded with each other in the workplace, LOL! It's just goes to show you that women are the same in the workplace--anywhere in the world.

This doesn't occur "by nature"

If you raise women in a society that tells them from a young age that their worth is in their appearance, then this is what happens. Guys can get their worth from what they do, but women, no matter what they do, will always be judged first by their appearance.

That so true, that's why I've always rolled with the boys & that in itself adds more envy. Even girls in your own family will do it. I had older cousins that made me feel akward when I really didn't have to.

Contrary to the Femintrash hogwash media that has you believing "women are more emotionally stable" "form communities better than men" blah blah blah. In my experiences, STRAIGHT men in groups tend to be mutually supportive and non-competitive. There is a level of camaraderie that women don't emotionally understand nor comprehend. Same goes for flaming homos. Put a bunch of gay men together where I've witnessed first hand a catty mess, and it takes a straight, masculine male to bring order to the group.

It's hard to fight nature, I think both sexes operate mainly on animal instinct and until we outgrow this there is no way to truly go forward.
