Diet and Exercise.

Post by zacb »

Hello,

This month I would like to try and firm up my abdomen and become a healthier person in general. I have been listening to Alex Jones and the dangers of GMO. I was wondering if I am on a budget at the moment, how can I start eating healthier, yet have enough nutrition to build muscle?

I highly recommend this eBook - http://www.burnthefat.com/index1.html

This book really explains how the human body works and how to lose weight and build muscle mass. I am more of a cardio guy, but using the nutritional info from this book (eating many small meals) helped me lose 40 pounds. Lots of good information in this book and realistically I didn't even use but about half of it and still got the results I wanted.
