With a tranny (looks like a natural woman, but with a huge cock)...How would you react?
Bonus question: What if your significant other cheated on you with another woman?

I would be pissed.
How does it being a tranny make it different?

Your wife can "cheat" on you not just sexually and it doesn't really have to be a person, since the core issue is where her devotion lies. If your wife is devoted to her friends and neglects you, then it's a form of cheating. If she devotes all her time to shopping at Nordstrom's, then it's a form of cheating. Marriage is supposed to be a union, a partnership, and a friendship, about sharing life together, with the sex as icing on the top. Neglect is a form of abandonment, even if the person is still "physically" there. Mentally and emotionally they're not. A husband can cheat on his wife too, by spending all his waking hours in front of the TV watching sports, or whatever else. That's just my 2 cents on the issue.

If I may paraphrase here, cheating also constitutes any coy action or consequence that had occurred without the cognizance or acknowledgement of the other partner/partners. For example, just because somebody in the relationship screws another person doesn't always constitute "cheating". Mistrust has to be introduced into the equation in order for it to exhibit cheating. I hope I had worded that correctly.
