My Story

I've been in the pickup artist community in over 4 years now(yes! i've been "gaming" women for over 4 years). I must admit, when I was younger, I was lonely all my life. In high school everyone made fun of me(ppl mocked me because I had a thick filipino accent and called me a FOB),... and I even hung out by myself during lunch because I didn't have a clique. My High school years in america was pretty brutal.

I eventually went off to college and it was pretty much the same. I tried to join a fraternity but i didn't get a "bid" . I went back to my dorm crying. So i googled "how to get girls" and i came accross the "pick up artist" community. I thought to myself "Hey, i've been a loser all of my life, rejected from fraternities, got made fun of a lot in high school, i'm willing to try ANYTHING!" So i read a shitload of Pickup artist ebooks and audio tapes (neil strauss "the game" , mystery method, love systems, Real social dynamics). After reading "the game" from neil strauss, i felt inspired. If he could do it, so CAN I! I was so pumped up, i joined my local Pickup artist lair and befriended other "PUAs" 6,000 approaches later, DOES PUA WORK?

Does PUA work? Honostly, it DEPENDS on so many factors

1. where you live? (do you live in a big city? small city? or a foreign country?)

2. what you look like such as height/race/facial symmetry

3. what the woman's preference is (does she see you as her type?

4. How available she is (does she have a boyfriend? Is she looking? is she not looking?)

5. What she looks like (is she fat? Is she thin? Does she look high maintenance? does she look humble?)

6. what her upbringing is (was she treated as a princess all her life? social conditioning? feminism?)

7. depends on your definition of success ? (getting her number? starting a conversation? Dating her? sleeping with her?)



With so many variables out of your control, PUA generally DOESN'T work If you cannot control 100% of the variables, then you are inevitably gonna get rejected. Fact is, a young thin american woman Gets hit on SO MANY times and have plenty of options. if you hit on a beautiful american woman, you are probably the 7th or 8th suitor that gets at her. This is a general fact, after 6,000 approaches, Majority of the women fit in at least 1 or 2 of those 7 variables I mentioned above (she either has a boyfriend, rejected me because i wasn't her type, etc etc)

Because there's so many variables out of your control, PUA generally doesn't work especially in the United States
.

In america, f***ing a girl through "PUA" or cold approach is VERY VERY VERY difficult. THis is a known fact after my 6,000 approaches. There's so much barriers in which this is difficult. Barriers such as

1. social conditioning/feminism/anti-man society
2. She doesn't see you as her type
3. she has a boyfriend
4. Flakey numbers(80% of the numbers I get go nowhere)

because of this reason, if you study PUA, Majority of guys in the "PUA" community don't get laid. 90% of guys who get into PUA either drop out or QUIT because they aren't getting the results they wanted.


So does PUA WORK? it depends. If you live in a city where there's an abundance of women "looking" such as teh philippines/russia then yes, PUA will work to your advantage; however, you really don't need PUA in those places anyway.

Part 2. So why is there a PUA community then?

First of all, not all PUA material is bad. A lot of the material PUA teaches only "works in theory" ignoring other variables (looks, social status, what you look like, how available she is, where you live, etc).

So why is there a PUA community in the first place? It's because there's a surplus of single frustrated men out there, so they turn into a PUA to solve their dating whoas. I too was a single frustrated guy and I turned into PUA because there's nobody else i can turn to. Did it work for me? honostly, out of those 6,000 approaches, i only had a few lays, quite a few make outs, etc. PUA exists because

1. There are a lot of consumers, hence giving a lot of $$ to the PUA gurus

2. PUA gurus tell you that it's "Always your fault" and that "you did somethiing wrong" ignoring the fact that "outside variables" out of your control exists; hence, they will always tell you that you can always "improve your game" giving the PUA gurus more money

Those 2 reasons are the reasons why PUA exists and why there's so many consumers of PUA. Fact is, if PUA really worked, then how come 90% of the people who get into PUA drop out or quit? or don't get the results they want? YES it's true, 90% of guys who get into PUA eventually drop out or quit. From my experience, the guys who got success from PUA were already good looking successful guys to begin with, not the socially awkward below average looking guys.

PUA may do some things right such help shy guys gain confidence, help w/ approaches, help w/ conversations. Problem is many of the tenants of PUA don’t work the same for an average guy as a guy who is very good looking. Negging won’t work except for the very good looking guys. If you are negging and you are just an average looking guy, the girl to just dismiss you for acting like a jerk.

I’ve watched many of these approach videos and the guys really aren’t even closing the deals. The guys are so narcissistic that they really don’t realize this or just want to show themselves just talking to a good looking girl.

I see a ton of things wrong with PUA. The very nature of PUA promotes lying, with such statements as you should be having sex by the 3rd date or else you are a failure. So now what you have is insecure guys bragging even more than before to their friends. What PUA guys don’t seem to realize is that lying about getting laid is not the same as getting laid!

PUA: Mystery man of bordom with very boring girls. When you watch this you see him with thes 3 very bored girls. I don't find these girls very attractive. I'm glad Mystery does.
