The cartoon would be considered offensive by a lot of African Americans and others in my country. I think Hypermac is responding to some low blows in a similar manner.

I have also lived overseas in countries that did not have the history of slavery and segregation as a way of keeping black people down. They can make racial jokes and stereotypes without hurting each others feelings, for example about Batak being driver's or imitating an East Javanese accent. It doesn't have to be mean-spirited. I do not consider such things to be inherently evil. If you saw a picture exaggerating white features, would that be inherently racist? Would it be an inherently evil picture?

I also suspect the crying black man photo has its source on this forum from one of CE's previous video clip postings.

I am also wondering where you are from. The way you write, you do not seem to be English or American. I have no idea what a hoy hoy is. I tried to look it up, but it was not helpful.

It seems unlikely to me that Hypermac is Public Duende. Before all this started, he did not seem to be depressed and negative about his life prospects. It doesn't seem to be the same guy. I didn't recall Public Duende worked in the kitchen. But there just might be more than one white person from Europe working in the kitchen in the Philippines. Two of them ending up on this forum is not that unbelievable to me.
