
Rio Mare tuna from Italy or Calvo/Albo from Spain - again, in olive oil - the cans are small but the taste difference between the crappy tuna you get on the shelves of tesco is what makes them superior. Have sardines and tuna on salad.
I am enjoying Russian herring here in China because I can get it here and have it with toasted Russian bread - very delightful.
