Leave damaged american women alone!

I remembered watching an episode of a drama television show in which a man and a woman were dating. During this relationship the female revealed to her male partner that not long before they started going out she had been sexually assaulted. As they continued on with their relationship she later on expressed to him how disturbed she was with him because he seemed kind of distant to her particularly after she had told him about the assault. She told him she got the impression that he now feels she's "damaged goods". However, he reassured her that he didn't feel like she was "damaged goods", but said that he had heard of women who had been assaulted by men, ended up traumatized and defensive toward men in general. He was just giving her space in case she was "shell shocked" about men, and taking into consideration her sense of comfort. Although not all women end up this way for many of them it is very traumatizing. Their perception of all men change, and whatever intimate feelings they once had of men are now gone. Sure for the most part they let guard down eventually and end up in relationships with other guys, but the the full intimacy they had before their ordeal will never return and this is unfortunate for the guys who mean no harm to them! This can also be related to true young babes in the woods who may have started their young lives in environments that weren't very nurturing. Or maybe they were promiscuous at an early age and had many partners before they formally became adults. Females coming of age up through this kind of environment usually lose their sense of intimacy toward any man. They end up bouncing from one relationship to another until they end up in their old age as "old maids" or "spinsters". Women such as the aforementioned may be o.k. for an occasional passive date or booty call. However, IMO if you want a truly lasting relationship these "damaged goods" should be avoided at all costs!

The usual BS-TV-drama about its me, me and me, and the woman is always the victim.
It would be nice to hear more about what kind of 'sexual assault' she was talking.

Surely it was not about being attacked somewhere in evening going home from work by an unknown person. - More likely it happened during a party with rather useless boys and girls after drinking and taking drugs. And next morning she regrets but does not even know who 'raped' her...

Being damaged by a sexual assault is actually a big way for an American woman to become a totally man-hating lesbian. I've seen it happen. An American woman is raped and/or sexually assaulted, and her entire personality changes just like that. One day she is social with guys. The next day, she is a prison term waiting to happen to all men. Then she spreads gossip around, turning all other women in her realm lesbian. The sexual assault is of course on the local news. Even police get tired of the sex crimes and say; "You know what, we are going to start arresting all men for approaching all women. Man approaching a woman = Capital felony!" It's no wonder everyone who voted for Trump also wants the country divided by gender!
