I think maybe if your GC is approved, just being patient and waiting is probably the most sensible option. Scamming the system is a risky game, you could lose your GC if you get caught cheating, and you don't know what kind of person you would be dealing with if you involve a woman you don't know, so be aware of the risks. Ultimately the decision is yours if the risk is worth it, if you are going to do it....dont mix business with pleasure.
