Man sues seducer
Man sues seducer
I had never heard of this. Apparently you can sue those who seduce your wife in some places, like this guy is suing a sportsball ape who seduced his bestial whore wife.

Re: Man sues seducer
Exactly. Maybe this law doesn't allow you to do that.
Re: Man sues seducer
In Thailand are similar laws, you might file a lawsuit against a person who is disturbing your marriage.
If you can prove your claim and win the lawsuit, the follow-up divorce ruling - if you decide to file for divorce - will strongly favor the cheated partner.
-----
In South Korea despite adultery is not a crime anymore, the cheating spouse cannot file for divorce if the cheated spouse objects it.
On September 15, 2015, the Supreme Court of Korea upheld the precedent that a court may not grant a divorce when the petitioner is the spouse responsible for the breakdown of the marriage.

It falls far short of a death penalty.

Btw, the link says this is Alienation of Affection.
If I recall correctly, seduction under common law is persuading a woman to have sex with you under false promises of marriage, especially if she were a virgin.
