Of course that can vary greatly depending on your wants/needs/budget.
I've read that you can find single rooms w/o private bath or kitchen for $60/month, but you probably wouldn't want to take a girl back there.
And it seems the average American-style one-bedroom apartment that would go for $500/mo in the US would probably be around $200/mo in PI, right?
What kind of place are you describing at $130/mo?
