Where should I go in Philippines? Visiting soon...

I read Winston's book and it inspired me to go to Philippines. I will be there in a week or two. Currently I am in Thailand for some business.

My goal for this trip is to meet and explore many different types of philipino women, in other words have fun without hurting anyone too much! I can stay there for few months if I like it and then come back again in few months.

- I like cooler climates (i.e. under/around 25C). Which places in Philippines have cooler climate now-a-days?
- Where is best place to meet women who are not extremely conservative? I am in early 30s and fit.
- Are there any online dating web sites or dating agencies you recommend to save time?
