Big Beautiful Women in the USA

BBWs. Haha, another buzzword/acronym that is purely American in origin. The real reason that term is around, IMHO, is to make people in that category feel comfortable...and that there is no need to improve. Shoot, one of the dating websites (POF, I think) has "big and beautiful" in a drop-down box for body type.

When looking to date American woman, I lower my expectations significantly. I don't want to lower them, but I have to, or I have nothing (unless I look outside the US or find a rare gem---either way, probably not worth my time).

Finding a decent American woman today is like shopping in a lot of cars that are >20 years old. You hope to avoid---but expect to find and are not surpirsed by---rattles, rust, squeaks, stalling, and leaks. These cars all think they are like brand new, and deserve fetching a top dollar price. No thanks! I am looking elsewhere.

The funny thing is, I see fat women dating guys who are in shape! Why would a guy who is physically fit date a morbidly obese woman?

I also know some guys who are in shape who are MARRIED to obese women! WTF? Maybe it's because under age 40, single men outnumber single women in the US, so some guys have to settle and take whatever woman they can find (even if she is an obese whale).

Yeah, I was thinking the reason that single guys who are skinny or average weight basically marry overweight and/or close to obese women is because they do not have many options. You have females from 18-30 who basically date anyone who they believe is interesting and is dangerous such as the jocks, fraternity guys, thugs, and biker-related people and then then through aging many have children out of wedlock and become big. The vast majority of BBW (really overweight women) in their younger days could have basically just did simple exercise and/or an activity to keep normal weight. However, indoctrination is strong and although I hear women say they should work out they work out rarely if at all. Also, it disgusts me to see women (who are obviously overweight) with children and you wonder who is the person who was dumb to get this bitch pregnant? I am see this at work too. I also see men who are at 30+ single mothers and used women (look older than actual age from partying and drinking too much) see that the guy who had no attention is looking to be a good 'provider' for their children (single mothers) and children outside of wedlock and/or after marriage.

I guess really most American (Western) men are desperate. This is the only reason and the idea of you being alone if you do not have a girlfriend and/or wife brings men to lower their standards. Now, if men were just tired of big women then possibly it would actually be a positive with overweight (Fat) women having an entitlement complex. However, with the shunning of Fat women wouldn't you have more thin/skinny average women have more of a narcissism complex?

Real Example of what Jamesbond is talking about in his last post: A friend of mine actually went to see a girl who is definitely plump but not obese who he meant on Facebook. I just do not understand it but then I feel that he probably has not had close interaction with a girl in a while since he did not have a steady relationship for about 7-8 months. However, I think that most men do not have strict standards when looking for an American women.

I think it's the porn industry. Seriously, the use of heavy set women in porn in America has really increased. I have a friend who collects tons of it. Very few American women are petite and with more of heavy set women popping up in porn and what not of course heavy set girls are going to believe they are beautiful....like porn stars.

The sad part is I know plenty of guys who love those types of women. I worked with a guy who loved to have farting contests in bed with his girl. Others I know love the fat cellulite butts and the like. Another guy prides himself on the fact that he sleeps with "big" girls.

Its a plea to make themselves feel better. It has become the new normal. The "why should we change, you should change your opinion" thought. If I had a dollar for every "inspirational" talk put on by the media about how big is beautiful, I'd be able to retire at 24. I'm all for feeling good about yourself and gaining confidence but not if it come's with pure ignorance. What they haven't fully realized is that it is legitimately killing people and straining our financial system. High Carb and sugar intake has been directly linked to Alzheimer's, among many other diseases. Heart disease is not caused by high cholesterol but by refined, processed foods that destroy the inner lining of our arteries. Its a total sham and it sucks seeing friends and family members fall victim.

I agree with you Jamesbond 100%!!! BBW's to me are NOT attractive. Instead I prefer women to either have a slim figure with a nice rear end/breast or to have an "hour glass" shape who are curvaceous/busty/voluptuous.

"BBW" is nothing but a bandaid on a dynamite blast wound. It's none more than a tactic to try to get guys to be attracted to women that are morbidly obese and to get women to deny the fact that a morbidly obese woman's tremendous girth is an iron wall and an iron prow pushing and keeping the men away.
