In other words, the man has no voice. Only the woman does. And once a restraining order is issued, that's it. You are permanently banned from every place she works and goes to have fun, and if you are ever seen there again, you will be arrested and thrown into prison. And American women will get a restraining order on a man just because his frequent presence at her favorite nightclub freaks her out.
