Should corporations be eliminated? Would the world be better off without them?

11 evils of corporations described below. Are they irredeemable? Would the world be better off without them? Do they hijack the economy and market capitalism and free enterprise? I heard that the founder of capitalism, Adam Smith, opposed corporations and called them "joint stock companies". Why do they exist then? The US Constitution and the Founding Fathers should have outlawed them. Corporations are monopolies that eliminate the free enterprise system and sociopaths without conscience.

Probably they should be restricted to particular large projects and then dissolved when the project is completed, as used to be the case.
