The idea is that niggerball sports in the US are heavily publicly funded and rigged in favor of blacks and then the low IQ apes playing them hailed as heroes. This is designed to encourage human females, particularly those with good genetics such as cheerleaders and female athletes, to commit bestiality with them and blacks in general. Can anyone confirm whether this is likely to be true or not?

Publicly funded and rigged how? Generally speaking, blacks run faster, jump higher and move quicker laterally. I think it's possible that these attributes have been overvalued in football and basketball relative to such skills as good hands, good shooting, etc. (this allows talent evaluators to cover their butts with quantifiable numbers rather than risk actually evaluating talent), but this thinking is an outgrowth of something reasonably close to a genuine meritocracy. When Kansas City won the Super Bowl in 1970 with a roster more than half black, and USC drubbed a white Alabama team in the Orange Bowl around the same time, everybody in football drew the same lessons. The same conclusion had been reached more than a decade earlier in basketball when Bill Russell's Celtics dominated the NBA. Football and basketball are the only sports that blacks dominate.

Allowing players too dumb to go to college to pretend to be college students and receive training would favor blacks. Certain rule changes, such as relaxing the travelling rule in basketball might favor blacks. Apparently white players are outright discriminated against by being inexplicably not selected, benched for no reason etc. although I don’t follow sportsball enough to know whether this is true.

College sports in the U.S. pre-date professional sports, and were lily-white for more than a century. Jewish team owners sometimes get local governments to tax the populace to fund stadiums, but that has nothing to do with either the federal government or promoting black athleticism.

Most coaches would prefer to coach white players, but a phenomenon has now developed in football and basketball where the white players discriminate against themselves and drop out altogether. It has something to do with the intimidating nature and ball-hogging qualities of black athletes, and it is at a point now where football and basketball are considered "black sports" at mixed high schools.

Don't know what you mean by "promoted." Football and basketball are popular sports, so they bring in the TV cameras and money. They do draw a disproportionate amount of air time on sports talk radio far beyond their actual appeal as sport, in my opinion. Most football "fans" are in it for the gambling, the social occasion, violence or vicarious thrills, and couldn't care less about, say, some black linebacker from Alabama who runs a 4.5 40. Yet the talking heads prattle on endlessly about such minutiae. Baseball, a sport where black participation has been declining for 25 years (though Latinos threaten to overrun it), has more appeal to its fan base as a pure sport -- stats, strategy, players' ability, etc. -- but the talking heads give it short shrift compared to football and basketball, even though its popularity numbers are higher than basketball's.

In any case, the Jews who own the teams in all the sports are driven by money, which is driven by winning, and that preempts any social engineering agenda to promote black athletes. I think.

You probably think the same about other industries such as movies and pornography, but by their own statements and observing their actions, it is clear that they are prepared to lose money in the short term in order to spread anti-white hate and demean the goyim.
