Shorting penny stocks?
Doesn't this seem like a good idea? Find an overhyped stock, then short it. Any thoughts?

It works well but you must get educated first.

I was just throwing that out there. I had heard of the guy before, kind of interesting.

Traditionally, unhedged short positions have been an efficient mechanism for sending the investor rocketing to the poor house, since they are time limited and have higher fees associated and markets rise most of the time so you have to be right more often. If you were going to short stocks I would short the stocks of companies that are hiring a higher percentage of women in executive positions.
