Acer Chromebook OS-How do I block porn irreversibly on this?

I would need to block the guest account with a password,and then the rest with apps that can't be disabled without a password I would easily figure out on my own.
So,how would I block the guest account permanently,with some irreversible method or password?
anyone know?anyone also know any good apps for chrome that block porn through AI or some method other than just blacklisting websites,with some type of password necessary(I can create a password on password generator and throw it away after setting everything up).
