The Honeymoon Effect - Life Changing Interview! Must Hear!

Post by Winston »

Check out this new groundbreaking interview on Coast to Coast with Dr. Bruce Lipton, author of the new book "The Honeymoon Effect" and "The Biology of Belief". He talks about how you can change your subconscious mind and alter your genes, and experience more bliss in your life. It's very mind blowing and life changing. I learned a lot of things I didn't know. I didn't know that humanity was like an organism of which we are all cells inside of. You can get his new book on Amazon.com if the interview inspires you to learn more.

Summary:

Date: 05-02-13
Host: George Noory
Guests: Bruce Lipton

Bruce H. Lipton, Ph.D, is an authority in bridging science and spirit, and a leading voice in new biology. He shared his belief that if we use the 50 trillion cells that live harmoniously in the human body as a model, we can create not just honeymoon relationships for couples but also a "super organism" called humanity that can heal our planet. This evolution is not a physical one that will alter our bodies, but one in consciousness and expanded awareness, bringing changes beyond what we can imagine, he envisions.

He described the 'honeymoon effect' as a state of bliss and energy resulting from love, which is part of our biological imperative. Being in love actually produces certain chemicals in the body like oxytocin and vasopressin which contribute to feelings of pleasure and well being, he noted. While for most, the 'honeymoon effect' is short-lived, he argues that we can, through conscious choice, sustain this wonderful state throughout our lives.

The main thing that holds people back, he suggested, is they are often operating from the subconscious programming of their mind, imprinted from the first seven years of their life. This "default" state is based on other people's thoughts such as parents rather than oneself, he said. People can be encoded with negative belief structures in their subconscious such as they are not worthy, which can lead to sabotaging behaviors, he continued. Lipton also reviewed his groundbreaking work in epigenetics, and his contention that genes can be rewritten or revised to reflect health and well-being.

Thanks Winston. I have watched Bruce Lipton's videos before, but I have not really been able to understand what he is saying. I would like to reprogram my subconscious mind, and I have heard that doing so is possible, but I have not seriously tried to reprogram myself.

How do you reprogram yourself? Say affirmations every day, religiously? For example, in many self-help books, the author will say to create affirmations and repeat them aloud, with feeling, every day, such as, "I am rich," "I exercise every day," etc.

I feel that I am very uneducated on this subject, and I feel that it is actually possible to fully reprogram one's mind so that one has higher self-esteem and confidence. I have suffered from low self-esteem for my whole life, and feelings of guilt, shame, etc. have prevented me from achieving goals I have set for myself.

So, I hope that I can figure out how to "break through" and finally be able to be who I want to be, and do what I want to do, and be happy and in harmony with my environment.

If I discover how to fully take control of my mind and actions, I will teach this "secret" to as many people as possible.

One thing I do know, is that being in an environment that is disharmonious and dysfunctional is an environment in which a person will not ever be able to experience the honeymoon effect.

For example, if one lives around noise, motor vehicles, drug addicts, sociopaths, etc. then one will always be on edge, in a protective mode, where cortisol is being secreted, adrenaline, etc. and a loving, vulnerable, socially harmonious mode will be impossible to achieve.

I have been living in Skid Row, Los Angeles, California, for almost nine years now. I have been around a stressful environment constantly.

But also, just being in high school was also stressful. People in general are stressful to be around.

But I believe that there is a way to cause people to become better people, and if all people are functional, conscientious, etc. within an environment, then that environment will be a place where life is fun and everyone is happy.

I intend to create such an environment--a gated residential community--where everyone is healthy and happy all the time.

My physical and mental health has been continually problematic for me, and that is why I have not been employed much over the past decade. And due to not having much resources, I have been living where the free resources are...but I am around bad people, motor vehicles, noise, etc.

In 2010, however, I was in a different environment that was much more peaceful. I was dating women and I was actually able to make love with a girl who was a virgin.

When I say "actually make love," what I mean is, I experienced amazing harmony with the girl when I was having sex with her. I experienced out-of-this-world, heavenly ecstasy! I felt like I was no longer in my body, but the girl and I were literally one soul, and in heaven literally!

And when this happened, it took place in a house in a quiet neighborhood in a suburb, in the morning I believe, and the girl and I had developed a very harmonious mental compatibility, of trust, respect, honest communication, etc. for five months before we first had sex.

Because of this experience and because of Bruce Lipton's ideas, I believe that an environment can be created in which everyone is able to be in great harmony and happiness, all the time. We just have to identify what exactly causes people to become stressed, dysfunctional, etc. and what causes health, happiness, etc.
