Asian diets are much more healthy than American/Western diets. That's why Asians are so skinny in comparison to other Westerners. Asians that come over to the U.S. get pretty plump though, but not as fat as your regular American.

I recommend - really, no bullshit - that you move to China and eat the local food. Stay clear of the junk food appearing in stores (but it's so much healthier than USA GMO gunk, still) and like all other foreigners you will lose 10's of pounds in 6 months.

Asian is a misnomer as Philippine food is crap and lethal, and Hong Kong has its share of western food. China, Japan, Thailand.

I ate junk in Guangzhou (mostly McDonalds and beer) but lost loads of weight. That was pretty mysterious.

The high humidity will make you sweat buckets. I lost 30lbs in one month in China.
