They don't like to exercise. They don't like to leave the house except for work. They are mentally allergic to the outdoors. They are addicted to the indoor environment. They are heavily addicted to only getting around via automobile. When not at work, they just sit in front of the TV shovelling junk food into their mouths.

Land whales as they are apparently called should not even live anywhere down south if being sedentary is all they are ever going to do! Land whales in fact really ought to just live in America's northern states like Illinois, Wisconsin, Alaska, Minnesota, Montana, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, North Dakota, Nebraska, and such. Up there, Old Man Winter will give them a good reason to be sedentary and have no exercise.

I am especially surprised and disappointed that Mississippi is the fattest state. I personally would have expected the fattest state to be Alaska or even Maine. Or possibly North Dakota. Well, mainly Alaska, as especially the northern one third of Alaska has no summer at all; it is arctic tundra. As anyone who has visited the tundra knows, there are no trees in the tundra. As little as even a foot below the ground surface is permafrost, which is permanently frozen soil. Even in mid summer there is snow. In fact, the average July high temperature in Barrow, Alaska is only 47 degrees Fahrenheit! Literally the equivilant of a typical March day in New York City. Anything over even 65 degrees on almost any day of the year is the equivilant of a record high. There are absolutely no trees at all in Barrow; even the Black Spruce would never stand a chance in Barrow's climate. And Barrow's climate literally makes Barrow a literal year-round No Bicycle/No Swimming/No Outdoor Exercise zone.

Over the weekend I was at the beach and there are tons of attractive women in this area. Unfortunately if they're on the beach they're with their man. To add something logical, it's socioeconomic. The American South is pretty poor. Poor people eat crappy food. The only store within a half hour or even an hour for some people in the South is a Walmart sometimes, and maybe a few crappy convenience stores, then a McDonalds or other fast food restaurant. Up North there's quite a lot more money, mostly in the "financial sector." So go to poor areas up North and you'll see again, lots of fat people. But then go to the rich areas and you'll see lots of trim and fit people. It's a luxury in USA to be skinny now. How are you gonna have homecooked meals when both people in the family are working 50 hours a week? Where are you gonna find food not pumped full of drugs? Where are you gonna find cooperative doctors that know their shit about offsetting the hormonal problems that come from the US lifestyle and foods? (Getting a testosterone prescription from an HRT doctor can be thousands per year, meanwhile in third world countries a bottle of testosterone costs a dollar at a pharmacy.) Not in shithole Mississippi.

Psst... In tropical/subtropical areas, you can grow your own food! In pretty much the entire southern half of Florida, you can grow oranges, grapefruits, mangoes, coconuts, avocadoes, pineapples, lemons, and bananas right in your own back yard! Even the Chocolate tree (Theobroma cacao) may actually thrive in southern Florida as far north as possibly even Punta Gorda and Port St. Lucie. As will the Vanilla orchid. Sea grapes also produce some rather delicious tasting fruits, although you will need to spit out the pit. Which by the way is also a seed, and if you put it in some soil, you will get a sea grape. You plant that stuff, and you'll have healthy food right in your own backyard! And you won't have to worry about which stores have the kinds of healthy fruits and vegetables you are looking for. So even if you are poor, in tropical paradise, you DON'T have to eat crappy food that is high in unhealthy fat, grease, and cholesterol. You grow the fruit trees I mentioned here, and you will get your healthy fresh food for free! Right off the tree, too.

Certainly anyone who lives even in those dilapidated houses can at least afford a bicycle! Bicycle riding is an excellent form of exercise that will help a person lose weight and become/stay skinny. Especially in the American south where winters are short and summers are long. Not to mention if it's somewhere tropical, even a tropical fruit tree such as an orange tree or Coconut palm.

I was born and raised and still live in the south. In my opinion, hot temperatures are more conducive to obesity than milder temperatures. It is hot as heck here in the summer and I cant stand to be outdoors for long periods of time unless i'm swimming. I'd much rather live in a milder climate.

Don't forget, you don't even need a doctor for "prescription meds" in L.A. like you do here. That testosterone is literally over the counter with no script needed. Antibiotics? No problem. Just buy them.
