Hello, this is IraqVet2003 again. I haven't been on this post in a while. But, anyway I would like to say I am also one of those male virgins over the age of 40 ( I'll turn 42 on January 25, 2015). I have never been married nor have ever dated anyone. However, I'm NOT GAY NOR DO I HATE WOMEN. But finding a suitable woman here in the U.S. is not easy. Like Winston said in his E-book, "Happier Abroad" America is one of, if not the hardest place in the world to get a girlfriend with reasons ranging from the demographic disadvantage (single males outnumber single females), Misandry, Feminism, and that there is NO REAL SINGLE'S SCENE IN AMERICA, only abroad. Sure, there are bars and nightclubs, but as I had said in an earlier post, in America, they are mostly geared to cater to a younger crowd (mostly 19-25 year olds). Not to mention most people in America are not as open to having a middle-aged man dating or marrying a much younger women ( even though it's not illegal provided she is at least 18yrs old) Also, I don't drink alcohol and these places tend not to attract the best quality people. As for online dating, I have no interest in dealing with the U.S. websites such as Match.com, E-harmony, Zoosk, etc. Many of the women on those sites ask for an income requirement and for other things that are off the charts!!! I would have better luck land a job or getting a car loan than a date with those types of women!!!
Sorry I don't mean to go off on a tangent, but then some of you who read this might ask me "why have you not gotten with a women close to your age?" or " Why didn't get with anyone earlier in life". Well, as for the first question, most women my age are obviously already taken, divorced, have children, overweight, obese, etc. As for the second question I chose not to date or have sexual intercourse with females for several reasons. For one, when I was growing up back in the mid 80's, the AIDS epidemic was making news which scared me. Also, I was sexually harassed by some of the girls at the junior high I attended in Georgia which made me very angry. Then when I moved to Alaska (because my father was in the Army) I had a hard time with some girls there too. I didn't like how they approached me. And they didn't bother to introduce themselves or to be sweet, kind, nor friendly. So at that point I decided to become a MGTOW (although it wasn't called that back then). But to be honest I was also a shy guy. Then when I joined the military myself in the Air Force (1992-96) and then the Army (2001-2005) I decided not to pursue women or sleep with anyone because I still felt I was too young to be serious with anyone and didn't want the responsibility of any children or family. And had the same thinking when I went to college.
Now looking back on my life, I'm glad I made the decisions that I have made in regards to abstaining from sexual intercourse. But, I'm not trying to come across as a "holier than thou" although I have gone to church while serving in the military and was taught that fornication (sexual intercourse outside of marriage) is a sin. But what I am saying is that while I may have missed out on some possible good relationships, I have avoided many bad ones as well. Not to mention the following pit falls:
1.) Getting an STD/HIV.
2.) Getting some woman pregnant and having to pay child support (or going to jail for not paying it).
3.) Committing adultery with woman (only to find out they were married AFTER THE FACT).
4.) A False "rape" and/or "abuse" charge.
5.) Marry the wrong woman and end up in a costly divorce (paying alimony/child-support/fight for child custody/visitation, etc.).
In spite of all this, I am open to the idea of meeting FOREIGN WOMEN. And while there an be a few problems with them too but I have a better chance of having a good relationship with them. Not to mention many foreign cultures such as in the Philippines, Brazil (and much of Latin America), and Europe (especially the eastern part) are open to older men dating/marrying younger women (and NOT JUST FOR A GREEN CARD OR MONEY).

Do not buy into bullshit like this and the 40-year old virgin. There are so many bogus studies that try to portray people who get lots of casual sex as being happy, healthy people but that is bullshit. It is far worse to live a life of getting lots of sex if you are also full of hatred and jealousy and attract hateful women from broken families and you are addicted to women and need them to satisfy you. Sex is temporary pleasure, after all.

One of my best friends was attractive to women and could get lots of sex and lots of people thought he was very happy, but I could tell he was secretly miserable because he didn't have a loving family, he relied on deception (PUA) to attract hateful/miserable/emotionally-broken skanks, he tried to deceive me a few times, and he had lots of jealousy towards emotionally healthy people.
