Should HappierAbroad boycott Israel?

Post by MatureDJ »

I was reading about the BDS movement, whose purpose is to boycott Israel in order to force them to stop the ethnic cleansing in Palestine. I think this website should consider joining this movement, although Congress might pass a law that puts individuals who join the boycott to up to 20 YEARS in prison!

Twenty-six states have passed similar laws, and at least in South Carolina there are criminal penalties for simply advocating BDS. It's the greatest threat to the First Amendment in the history of the country. If these laws survive constitutional challenge there is no more freedom of speech in the U.S.
