It goes into the fact that some cultures like blacks will breed more when you give them more resources, that blacks are r-selected, that blacks have simply outbred whites on whitey's dime hence the problem in SA, that blacks didn't belong there in the first place and so on, very reminiscent of my thread about culling blacks. However, instead of calling for culling blacks, he lamely calls for a “dialogue”.

The best thing that ever happened to darkie was apartheid. Whity paid for darkie to live separate in his own way. Apartheid was best for both races although should have made payments to darkie dependent on sterilisation. After 2 kids no more money.

Negotiations with darkie are a waste of time. They violated every border treaty. Look at what they did to piet retief. Sold him land then murdered the negotiation party and 500 white women and children.

That would have been better than nothing, but the idea would have been to get rid of them. Afrikaners really screwed up. Any attempt to sterilise or eliminate people that are not white the missionaries and media would be all over it and you can expect american bombing as a result. The Boer war was one result of trying to control the inlfux of unwanted people, and laws against jews. Like when the Serbs tried it, or Hitler, or any one else. There were plenty plans to get rid them. The funding for the work of Wouter Basson for diseases that affect only blacks or sterlises them. But no way would the world allow it.

Former and current government scientists have testified about efforts to develop a bacteria that would kill only "pigmented people" and a vaccine that would sterilize blacks. They have revealed discussions about poisoning Nelson Mandela, now South Africa's president, during the final years of his imprisonment to "induce brain damage" and make him incapable of governing once freed.

According to Goosen, research at RRL was focused on developing a “bacterial agent that would selectively kill black people.” Goosen stated that the project and the program had been described by South Africa’s then Surgeon General, Dr. Neil Knoble, as “the most important project for the country.”

Goosen himself had plenty of faith in the ability to create this type of weapon. In fact, he even claimed that an unknown European scientist had already developed a strain of bacteria capable of “only affecting, making sick, and killing pigmented people” as far back as the early 1980s.

“Under oath, Goosen went on to state that the government could have used such a weapon as a ‘negotiation back-up’ (to stay in power) and to ‘maintain peace’ (between local whites and blacks),” writes Singh.

Goosen claimed that the plans to connect with the European scientist were eventually abandoned for security reasons, but that South African scientists continued to work on the project. Goosen also stated that Project Coast was far down the road in creating an anti-fertility weapon that would be used to selectively target the black majority.

The delivery mechanism?

A vaccine.

Goosen staetd that one of the most important aspects of the anti-fertility vaccine was that it would not be detectable and even if it was detected it would not be able to be traced back to “clandestine application.” Goosen stated he was convinced that the production of this type of drug was “definitely possible” after an extensive literature search.

Goosen was backed up in his claims by another Project Coast scientist, Dr. Schalk van Rensburg, who confirmed that the development of an anti-fertility vaccine was indeed a major goal of the program and even made up 18% of all RRL projects. Goosen fingered Basson as the leader and creator of the eugenics-based CBW program.

Obviously the implications that any drug could be traced back to SA would have been dire. It was enough for a small population to fight greatly outnumbered, but add the resulting strength of american military intervention and it would be game over. So you may have the will and the means, but you cannot go ahead due to the consequences from outside forces.

The question that one should consider is look at the diseases that not selectively hit black people in southern africa, have a high fatality, and still cannot be cured like the new strain of drug resistant TB. Where did they originate?

Dr Basson is still being hounded by libtards trying to get him struck from the medical rolls and prevent his practicing. For what? He was a good doctor and committed no malpractice.
