Just to let you all know, my co-brand dating site at http://dating.happierabroad.com does SCREEN its women, according to their managers at Dating and Matchmaking Inc, the company that runs it. See my correspondence below with one of their managers where I bring up some concerns from my forum members about their women profiles. She responded to several of my questions.

1. A large percentage of the women on your site have photos with logos in the corner, as though the photos were copyrighted by different companies. Why is this? It is not usual for Russian/Ukrainian women to have so many photos copyrighted by third party companies. AFA and Elenas Models do not have such photos on their site, for example. Are these professional models? How can this be? Can you explain this? Are you aware of this?
2. A large percentage of the photos on your site are of women in sports cars, yachts, fancy hotel swimming pools, hot spots in Europe, etc. If these women were that wealthy, why would they be on your site seeking foreign men? That doesn't make sense. Have you seen these photos? How do you explain them?
3. Many of the women on your site are doing crazy over the top poses, such as holding machine guns, swords, army uniforms, etc. A woman serious about finding a serious man does not show photos of herself holding guns. How can that be? Have you seen these photos? How come other Russian dating sites do not have such photos? Can you explain?

Women can upload any photos. Before they are approved (they are seen only after they are approved by managers the same as men's photos . As we have about 200-500 new women each day, I want to say that it is a long process, usually there is a special manager who does it all day long together with checking all photos and people) the manager checks the following things
a. If the woman is in any social nets, then the manager checks that this is her photos there (and as a rule, what you see as logo it is a sign of social nets where the woman is . It is clearly seen there if a user is a fake or she is a real one. When she is real, then it is possible to see her class mates, her friends from university and so on. So we know that the woman is real and approve her photos.
If the photos are professional, then we ask for any proof that it is her photos and not just taken from any star, usually a copy of the passport is sent or some not professional photos).
b. There are some photo engines, and all photos are checked there (that it is not internet photos, and they can be met only in the profiles of the same girl but in social nets).
c. Then the photos are checked over our database of scammers photos.

You can read the signs under the pictures. You will see mostly Egypt or Turkey .

I have not given any commands to my managers to delete such photo.
In all this I adhere to rule. It is better if possible to show people each other. Of course, we can delete such photos, but a man who meets such woman will be shocked maybe to discover that she works for military or that she likes to shoot. I think, better for a man to know beforehand and make the decision before initiating the contact.
Let him see her life or her interest and decide for himself if he likes it or not, if he wants to contact her or not.
