Why are Hungary & the Czech Republic so far down the list? I found Hungary to be very nice on that level & I spent New Year's with a bunch of random people in Prague that I met on the tram right then. Maybe it means friends that you hang out with? I notice that adult life doesn't necessarily foster developing friendships, so maybe that's a factor across the board?
