As of January 1, 2014, 350,000 Connecticut gun owners have failed to register their guns and are now considered felons.

Wait, so that guy was a cop? I don't get the story.

If you Google "Charisma Carpenter attacked," the guy that tried to rape her was a cop. He had quite a bit of sick history beforehand. One wonders what he did on the job- particularly to people in cuffs or in a cell. Suppose someone like him showed up to the house? Doesn't really have to be in response to anything, it could just be the same way as any other home invasion- probably with more trust, though.
