AnastasiaDate's lawsuit against Elena's Models

According to this, Anastasia is suing Elena's Models in US court for a long list of offences related to some sites Anastasia claims that Elena's controls. What will come of this?

That's weird. Elena's Models is based in Australia, so why would it go to US courts? Also, I'm sure Elena's Models can easily prove that Anastasia is a scam, since there is a mountain of evidence to support that, so wouldn't it be an easy win for Elena's Models? They could easily take advantage of this to bring legal action against Anastasia. Plus, Anastasia is so wealthy and earns the most money, so why would it care what Elena's Models does?

I assume that the goal of the lawsuit is to create a financial burden for Elena's Models to directly get them to stop, and at the same time indirectly to get site owners like you Winston scared to allow the truth to be printed. Maybe this is another explanation for what happened to Tony Bochene's sites.

But isn't this supposed to go to the courts in Australia? And why can't Elenas Models just come up with the evidence to prove that their accusations are true? You and others said that the case against Anastasia being a scam is mountainous and conclusive right? Surely even you could provide Elenas Models with the evidence they need to defend their accusations in court?

What happened to Tony Bochene's sites? Are they all gone? Or just some?

I thought Anastasia was based in Cyprus? In which case they probably lost all their money due to the recent bank haircut.

Anyway, there are any number of guys who can testify against the pay per letter sites, me included!

I haven't been scammed by Anastasia. I'm just basing it on what others have said. They don't sponsor me anymore. When they did, they were offering good money, and since my business is selling advertising... well you get the drift. I don't get paid to be a policeman you know. Plus at the time I was desperate to make money.

You know what they say - if it seems too good to be true, then it probably is. A whole country full of 20-something, model-quality women who have no problem marrying men old enough to be their fathers? Would that it were true!

Winston, judging by his recent threads, would even let Hitler advertise on his site. "Hey, I haven't been gassed yet." "My business is advertising." Pretty weird but at least he is honest about it when asked.

About your question Winston, it seems Tony Bochene removed all his Anastasia sites and now has just focused everything on AFA.

Oh, the trouble isn't getting married, it's remaining so with her still being loyal and pleasant a decade on.

Excellent point. Probably best to stay with your foreign wife in her country, so the balance of power doesn't shift in her favor, like it would in the USA.

LOL that's funny. But yeah, I ain't paid to be a policeman.

Maybe Tony figures that since everyone knows that Anastasia's a scam, there's no point in trying to expose them? Either that, or some mafia guys from Anastasia paid him a visit. But he does seem to have a personal vendetta against AFA. He's not doing this for altruism.
