I saw that video some time ago and likely left a comment on it. Two things, Western women are not very well regarded in Japan. They are seen as fat, aggressive, and not worth the trouble by most Japanese men.

The one Western girl in the video is conventionally attractive and thin, but she seems a bit "off" to me as if she is on the autism spectrum. However, such a flaw is hidden in a place like Japan where her exoticism masks any flaws that would be apparent to a Westerner.
