Hmm, I actually did my PhD on GMO foods. I can't say that I believe David Icke's theory on the subject. For me he'll always be our local TV weather reporter who went a bit nuts.

I tell you the best way to lose weight is to throw your TV away. I've no idea how much weight I've lost in China, but it must be a fair bit. I don't seem to snack as much now, and much of that is not munching on junk while watching the TV.
I was Happier Abroad for a while but Covid killed that off.

Non-GMO food generally tastes MUCH better. The extra mutated DNA gives off some interesting smells/tastes in the food. I had some organic food before, a friend's parents know how to cook! Their vegetables taste amazing. And all they do is grow their food normally. I remember I only munched on a potato of theirs for 3 days, as it was satisfactory enough, filled me up on its own and and it tasted really good. :D
