Lift compound movements. Lift heavy, lift hard, lift right. No isolation moves (curls,etc). Take breaks, don't overtrain. Eat. Good.Food.Train for function, a leg extension is not going to translate into an up for jumping high, but box jumps will.

Diet has a great impact on our health or you say life because life and happiness is depends on our health. Recently, i have read in an article that An Italian study confirms the beneficial effects of regular and consistent consumption of apples on cholesterol levels and thus cardiovascular health. "An apple a day keeps the doctor away," says the British proverb. Eat one more and you'll lower your cholesterol , say Italian researchers. In a new study published on December 16 in The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition rehabcure(.)org/departments/nutrition-therapy/, a group of scientists has shown that eating two apples a day is enough to lower cholesterol. The study involved 40 people, 23 women and 17 men, suffering from mild hypercholesterolemia . For eight weeks, the scientists asked one group to eat two apples a day (Canadian Reinettes, particularly rich in proanthocyanidins, a form of polyphenols ), and the other to drink apple juice daily. The participants underwent a blood test before and after the experiment in order to compare in particular their glycemia and their level of lipids in the blood (cholesterol and triglycerides). Thanks
