Re: The Top Healthiest Foods in the World

Wow check this out guys.

My expat encyclopedia mentor here in Angeles City told me about an amazing supplement and nutrient called CoQ10, aka coenzyme Q10.

He said it would help my insulin resistance by converting food to energy rather than storing it as fat. I looked it up and all the websites said it was an important nutrient. Even establishment medical sites do. I cant believe i didn't know about this before.

Apparently it burns your fat and converts it to energy and takes that energy and sends it to your brain so you're more alert and aware. Wow thats incredible. It also lowers your blood pressure and controls blood sugar and helps your heart and cardiovascular system too.

Wow i cant believe such a nutrient exists! I wonder why this isnt more well known? I mean why arent all overweight Americans taking this if it does all that? What do u think? Have u heard of CoQ10? If not you should research it online.

Im going to order it online from iherb.com. it's not very expensive. And in fact healthy options has it too for 500p for 30 softgels at 100mg. But u should take 100mg or 200mg.

However, there are two forms of CoQ10. One is stabilized and cheaper, called ubiquinone, the standard version. Many experts recommend the active form of CoQ10 called ubiquinol because it absorbs better and is more soluble and more effective. But the active version more expensive of course and harder to stabilize. See here:

https://www.lifeextension.com/magazine/ ... 10/Page-01

Other experts say the body can convert CoQ10 to both stable and active versions as needed. I don't know who to believe so im just going to try both. Both versions have lots of positive reviews from users it seems. So both are probably beneficial.

Aging

As mentioned above, CoQ10 levels naturally deplete with age.

Thankfully, supplements can raise your levels of CoQ10 and may even improve your overall quality of life.

Older adults with higher blood levels of CoQ10 tend to be more physically active and have lower levels of oxidative stress, which may help prevent heart disease and cognitive decline (22).

CoQ10 supplements have been shown to improve muscle strength, vitality and physical performance in older adults (23).

To counteract the age-related depletion of CoQ10, it’s recommended to take 100–200 mg per day (24).
If you want to supplement with CoQ10 or Ubiquinol, you can get them on iherb.com. They have many brands including California Gold Nutrition which is their best seller brand. If you do, use my promo code at checkout for 5 percent off your order, which is WIN0969. Thanks.

The CoQ10? You just take one softgel a day with food preferably. Most websites I read said you can take between 90mg and 200mg, so you can take one or two softgels. I usually take two softgels, one stabilized one, the standard CoQ10 and the other the ubiquinol version, the active form of CoQ10, so I get the benefit of both. I'm sure both have value though. So you can take either one. But ubiquinol is more expensive, so if you can't afford it, just take the standard CoQ10.

What it does is tell your metabolism to stop storing fat in your belly and instead tell it to burn fat and turn your fat cells into energy, to be used by your brain and heart. So if that's what you want, then CoQ10 is for you. :)

The standard one from California Gold Nutrition on iherb.com is fairly cheap. It's like 120 softgels for 12 dollars. See here:

https://www.iherb.com/pr/California-Gol ... gels/61074

That's the one I use. It seems to be helping a lot, in addition to the HGH supplements I use, which you can check out here:

https://www.iherb.com/pr/Source-Natural ... blets/4615

Btw, Ladislav and Mr S have been taking the same HGH supplements as well and have reported noticeable benefits from it, including less fatigue, more energy, more vitality, stronger muscles, a feeling of youthfulness, etc.

Btw, again, if you order from iherb.com please use my code in the checkout cart to receive an additional 5 percent off: WIN0969

Thanks.

Hey check this out. Apparently there is this effective herb from India called "Gymnema sylvestre" that is very good for diabetics and pre-diabetics with high blood sugar (like me). Some of our relatives told us about it and recommended it. It's very effective for controlling blood sugar and for reducing sugar cravings too, so that one does not desire to consume sugary foods and snacks. Thus it's good for weight loss as well.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gymnema_sylvestre
Gymnema sylvestre[1] is a perennial woody vine that grows in tropical areas of India, Africa, and Australia and has been used for medicinal purposes in Ayurvedic medicine. Common names include gymnema,[2] Australian cowplant, and Periploca of the woods, and the Hindi term gurmar, which means "sugar destroyer".[3][4][5]

The leaves and extracts contain gymnemic acids, the major bioactive constituents that interact with taste receptors on the tongue to temporarily suppress the taste of sweetness.[6][7][8][9][10]
Here is an article outlining 6 health benefits of Gymnema sylvestre.

https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/gy ... e-benefits

Even a US government medical website touts its effectiveness for lowering blood sugar and sugar cravings and treating diabetes. See below.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2170951/

You can get it on iherb.com here:

https://www.iherb.com/search?sug=gymnem ... ema&rank=0

There are many brands and prices. Remember to use my discount code in the checkout cart to receive an additional 5 percent discount. The code is WIN0969.

The best fat metabolizing supplement I have found is B-Complex MIC (AKA Lipo-B MIC Complex) which you have to inject into your stomach fat. I have lost about 6% body fat since February, but that entails working out also.

Moringa has been consumed in South East Asia for centuries, its introduction to the rest of the world has been slow. Scientific research on the plant’s benefits has also been limited, although an increase in academic publications has grown significantly since 2000. With rising pressures of population growth and climate change causing increased food and nutritional security, particularly in Africa, moringa offers a tool to address these issues. In case anyone's interested, this black mineral powder found in high mountain ranges called Shilajit, is proven to increase testosterone in men and provide many other health benefits as well. It contains 84 minerals and is also called "fulvic acid". Google it for more info. See these links below about the many health benefits of Shilajit, aka "fulvic acid", including increased testosterone.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shilajit

https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/320318.php

https://www.healthline.com/health/shilajit
2. Low testosterone level

Testosterone is a primary male sex hormone, but some men have a lower level than others. Signs of low testosterone include:

a low sex drive
hair loss
loss of muscle mass
fatigue
increased body fat

In one clinical study of male volunteers between the ages of 45 and 55, half of the participants were given a placebo and half were given a 250 milligram (mg) dose of purified shilajit twice a day. After 90 consecutive days, the study found that participants receiving purified shilajit had a significantly higher testosterone level compared to the placebo group.
* source: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/26395129

Even a government study supported this:

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/26395129
Clinical evaluation of purified Shilajit on testosterone levels in healthy volunteers.

Abstract

Purified Shilajit, an Ayurvedic rasayana, was evaluated in healthy volunteers of age between 45 and 55 years for its effect on male androgenic hormone viz. testosterone in a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical study at a dose of 250 mg twice a day. Treatment with Shilajit for consecutive 90 days revealed that it has significantly (P < 0.05) increased total testosterone, free testosterone and dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEAS) compared with placebo. Gonadotropic hormones (LH and FSH) levels were well maintained.
The cheapest one I found online is here:

https://www.iherb.com/search?kw=shilajit

Wow check this out guys. Apparently scientific studies show that pumpkin seed oil is good for a number of health benefits, such as reversing hair loss, lowering blood sugar, and treating overactive bladders and urinary tracts too, as well as many other health benefits. So if you have to get up and pee a lot, this will help reduce that. I tried it in softgel pill form already and it has worked for me. I have to pee at night a lot less so I don't have to keep waking up to go pee, which is a hassle. See all the health benefits of pumpkin seed oil below.

https://www.healthline.com/health/pumpkin-seed-oil

https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/11 ... pkin-seeds

Effect on reversing hair loss.
Effects on hair and skin

Pumpkin seed oil has been linked to positive effects on hair growth, especially in men. One study found that men who took 400 milligrams of pumpkin seed oil every day for 24 weeks actually had 40 percent more hair growth than men in the placebo group. No adverse effects were found.
Source: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4017725/

This worked for my overactive bladder.
Effects on urinary health

In general, pumpkin seed oil seems to have a positive effect on the urinary tract. This tract is made up of the kidneys, the bladder, and the urethra, which connects the bladder to the urinary opening.

Researchers in a small study gave participants between 500 and 1,000 milligrams of pumpkin seed oil. The participants saw a drastic improvement in their overactive bladder symptoms, including wetting themselves at night.
Source: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4032845/

You can get some on iherb.com. See here:

https://www.iherb.com/search?kw=pumpkin%20seed%20oil

The best deal seems to be this, in softgel form. Only 8 dollars for 100 softgels.

https://www.iherb.com/pr/Now-Foods-Pump ... ftgels/755

If you get it or anything else on iherb, please use my rewards code on the checkout page to get an additional 5 percent discount: WIN0969

Thanks.

Hi folks,
I got my own online health store now from iherb, so you can use it to get any of the above mentioned health supplements or superfoods. International shipping on this site is very low, and if your order is over $40, then international shipping from America is FREE, unlike Amazon. So if you live abroad, you'll definitely want to consider using this site. If you order anything, please use my store link below so I can earn some commission from it. The prices will be the same. Also, on my page below, below my logo, are a list health supplements I recommend that will boost your immune system and keep you healthy so you don't get sick while abroad or traveling. Happy browsing.
