Interesting Buddhist perspective on the Buddhist doctrine of Emptiness, which is often misunderstood. It does not mean nothing or nonexistence, but that everything is impermanent so we should not be attached to anything.

Buddhist Sifu in Taiwan explains why Buddhists avoid garlic, onion, and leeks even though they are technically vegetables.

Thats why my favorite philosophy is yin yang.
Pleasure gives you temporary happiness. But its insane to expect to be happy all time. You would blow up. After sex you feel frustrated because it didnt last but soon desire returns. If you eat a lot you swear not to eat again but soon youre starving again. The problem with buddhists is that they dont accept that youre not supposed to live in bliss all the time. How could you? Its insane. Enjoy your happiness and your depression equally
