That's not something one sees discussed on HA or TeakDoor or BritishExpats.
I think that most guys who visit Thailand are look for the 3 B's: beaches, booze, and broads. There is quite a lot to see upcountry.

Anyway, I have a few more Illinois videos:

Nice, I like the way you make a point with pictures and music.

The second one is interesting, I think of rural Illinois as dry wheat fields, not so wet. is that what southern Illinois looks like?

The second one was of nature reserves and forest preserves around here.

Did you use any copyrighted material (i.e. music) in the videos?

Yes, but I didn't receive mention of this as having been an issue. I think they have it set up that if you are using copyrighted music, then the copyright owner gets a cut of some advertising revenue, or they may delete the audio portion of your video, and just leave the video portion.

Stunning. I wish I have a time machine. I would take all my over-inflated American dollars and go hogwild all over Asia.

I started again with a new channel, and fixed the videos in the present discussion thread, so that they point to my new channel.

I also added a couple of new ones

I have several years worth of other material to upload--what a nuisance.

Anyway, I started another YouTube and Google account, strictly for debating with Feminists, so if that one gets deleted, it won't be a tragedy.

Great stuff.
I guess that's you in many of the photos?
You have led quite a life!
I wonder why you ever left... but I guess you did bring a wife home from overseas?
PS Great choice on the music. I suspect it was appropriate for some of your memories.
