Planning a trip to Germany

Hi there,have not been posting for a long time b/c of college.i am planning to go to germany in the near future like next summer or winter,and i need all of you forumers help.anyone can give me advice like where to get deals,which place is cheap and good ,what will be my minimum budjet, estimate how much will i spent for hotels plane tickets ,transport what do i need etc. im planning to go to frankfurt, bamberg,berlin or maybe P4P lol.by the way im asian chinese 20 yrs old.and im a US citizen,i will also learn some german before going .
