The Law of Assumption

Post by jamesbond »

Interesting video explaining the law of assumption, which apparently is more powerful than the law of attraction.

"When I think about the idea of getting involved with an American woman, I don't know if I should laugh .............. or vomit!"

"Trying to meet women in America is like trying to decipher Egyptian hieroglyphics."

Isn't this just a revised version of the law of attraction? I've heard Gregg Braden talk about it many times on Gaia TV. He says that instead of asking the universe for what you want, you imagine that you already have it and give thanks for it. lol. Yeah right. No way is it that easy. If it were, why can't Braden hold up a white sock, and using the law of assumption, convince himself that it is black and give thanks for it, and show us that it will turn black? lol. Obviously, it doesn't work that way. You can't manifest things with your thoughts like that. Thoughts can influence reality, but it doesn't create it.

That's a good thing though, because if everyone in the world had super powerful thoughts that could manifest what they want into reality, most people would use that power for selfish purposes and abuse it of course, for self gain. So of course the universe isn't going to allow anyone here to have super powers like that. New Agers forget to take that into account. If you were God, would you want every selfish person to be able to manifest anything they want with the power of their miond? lol

What is this? Manifestation porn with hotties?

Though it is probably garbage the interesting part is this: In life we sometimes can do a shortcut. Imagine being a dog and running after cars. Imagine the dog visualizing that it is stupid and find a better goal. Then we might go for better goals then and not lose energy with the wrong ones.

Some people go mainly for girls and money and once they have it they might figure out that it's not worth it. So visualizing that beforehand might be very good.
