Okay, Rush Limbaugh mentioned today, that somewhere between 40 to 45 Republican House members retired this term. He thinks that is the real reason why Republicans lost the House. If it had not been for that, he believes the Republicans would still have control of the House. Apparently incumbents have a 98% re-election rate.

Yes, this is actually a win for the Trumpers and a vindication of right-wing activists.

Although those who lost may have not been in Trump's camp, Rush seems very upset at their loss nevertheless.

I'm listening to Michael Savage now, and he seems to think that suburban women didn't turn out for this election, and he blames that as the reason, rather than the House members retiring.

The part that concerns me, is that it seems like TX and FL are becoming blue states, probably due to all the people who are moving there. It's like there are so many of them everywhere. No chance that some red state people could move to a blue state and turn it red, for some reason.
