I think the travel is the best way to heal and get mentally fit if anyone is going through any mental disorder. Travel and relocation help. Looking out for foreign women also helps. I can only speak about myself.
I wonder how my life cou;d be if I would be still living in Europe...for sure much worse out of many reasons.
I never regretted my decision, now about since 40 years living in Asia.
