How many guys travel to Southeast Asia for a wife while knowing nothing about the culture there? Western men think that Laos (or wherever) is filled with beautiful virgin-sex slave-maid servants eager to worship a Western cock. Guess again. Those women are flawed too. The more shortcuts you take the more you feel the burn. How many American men have been divorce raped by Filipina women?

It’s the same in Eastern Europe and South America. The good women there don’t want you any more than the good women of your own country. They can smell that you’re not worthy and that you’re trying to take a shortcut. The bad women there will gladly take advantage of you. A smart, genuine Filipina for example will not marry a foreigner if she deems him not to be worthy.

As for shortcuts. Traveling thousands of miles and paying for airfares multiple times, coping with the pressure of an LDR, and then having to deal with the red tape should you decide on bringing her back to your own country........yeah, that sure is a shortcut!

Old habits die hard when parents, family, mass media converge to brainwash young men that marriage is the "right thing to do."

Most men are of average intelligence which means they are unable to think critically about things spoon fed to them via custom and culture.

Also, men are born seeking to please females in their lives. Mothers, teachers, girlfriends, etc all know they have power over men by withholding or giving out their approval. Marriage is the ultimate means for men to gain female approval when all the women clap and praise men for choosing to do so.

Female approval creates a dopamine release that few men can overcome. For that reason, most men will continue to marry and do other stupid things.

Finally some one with some good ideas. I agree totally. Though I am not ant-marriage.....I am anti-marriage for the reasons above. I may or may not ever marry, and I know I will love my life either way, and I will stay single if the marriage isn't for my own reasons, not for any reason you mentioned I think it not only gives men female approval, but approval from everyone. Doing anything for approval makes you subservient and easy to manipulate.

Most men think its hard to meet a decent woman.....they dont realise that it would be a hell of a lot easier if they were not approval seeking from women and gained their own approval from them selves instead, then women wont feel like you are a parasitic leech when they interact with you.
