Preselling 1 bedrooms in the low 100s and 2 bedrooms in the low 200s. The development looks absolutely amazing. Towers 1 & 2 sit atop huge multimedia shopping complexes, with dining and nightlife options just several hundred feet away. Google headquarters will be located in the area, and I read that the stock exchange was also being moved into the BGC.

I'm exchanging emails with a real estate agent over there, and it looks like Tower 1 is almost sold out. I'm planning a trip out there in February so I can see the area for myself (and probably purchase). Note, there seem to be a variety of no interest payment plans for investors who are a little light in the pocketbook.

I'm sure Rock is very familiar with the development going on in BGC, but maybe Chanta and others would find this information useful.
