Hey, everyone. Was just wondering, in the wake of the Paris attacks, ho are things in Europe? Are the people fighting back against the muslims? Are they arming themselves? Are the police & military going after the French (and I mean the ACTUAL French, if you catch my drift)? As far as the last one, that would mostly surprise me- considering it's Europe, not America.
On That: I was just reading a thing about a public school in California making the kids there sing a "muslim fight song" (it's outright cheering it on & calling for it spreading- it even mentions them making an "explosion"). It's getting tense around here a little bit, but if anything flies off, I keep thinking that the cops and/or the military will start attacking the people in general. Seems to me that now, they act somewhat like terrorists- without the rags & ropes, of course. They don't seem to flip out on any of the muslims in this country, just everyone else. The school has gone after people for simply saying "bless you" in that school & considering that the school workers have a nasty new habit of militarizing their intentions by calling the cops whenever they want, that can get ugly. Since it's not unheard of for them to outright kill children, white & non-white, I wouldn't trust them to protect those same children from anything.
Anyone else heard anything on that front? Same questions as above, but for America.
So, how's Europe now?

Re: So, how's Europe now?
Europe is hardly a monolith but overall seems to be very calm. Security forces are on the highest state of alert and have succesfully prevented two further attacks after Paris, one in Brussels and one at a football match in Germany. The streets are not emptier then normal, people are not more silent and Muslims still don't frighten me. It's just business as usual. There were no major riots, no mosques set on fire, no muslims lynched. None of that.
It's eerily quiet.

MarcosZeitola: So people still go on about their day without getting hassled? See, people can't entirely do that here anymore. I get that some people are just plain heedless & whatever happened they'd just trundle along headfirst into whatever it is- but in truth, any time some cops shoots themselves & says someone attacked them there's a major concern that they'll try to lock the whole neighborhood down & flip out from one thing to the next. I think they just don't like that their vote doesn't tend to count for much & they disregard whatever menacing situation that they can't just vote away.
Ghost: Sounds that way. It seems they've closed the borders in Sweden to all these "refugees."
